Orders & Lead Time

How do I place an order?

How long does a custom woven basket project take? When can we start?

Typically, we work together for anywhere from 2-3 weeks, before production begins, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, so please keep that in mind when connecting with us.

Does Woven Worldwide provide custom design services ?

Yes! Let's work together through a discovery process to reveal your product design intent.

Do you provide pre-orders ?

We welcome retailers to schedule wholesale orders up to 6 months in advance. Orders will be charged based off ship date. A pre-order means an order is partially, pre-paid before production begins. Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may still be displayed on Woven Worldwide.com. This helps ensure that production corresponds to demand and does not contribute to wasted raw materials.

Delivery times will be communicated to you when you receive acknowledgment for your order.  Please note that your card will be charged when a pre-order is placed.

Sustainability

Does Woven Worldwide produce their baskets with eco-friendly materials?

Elephant grass, our core raw material is a sustainable fibre, harvested from living sources. We do not use animal leathers at any time in our production and prefer cactus or apple skin as an environmentally friendly substitute.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for products purchased directly from wovenworldwide.com only if your order was incorrectly shipped or an item arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help sort it out.

What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for items purchased directly from wovenworldwide.com only if your order was incorrectly shipped or an item arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help sort it out!

If you believe your item is faulty, or otherwise defective, we offer a 3-month warranty* from the date of purchase and would be happy to help you replace the item.  Contact us below and our customer support team will take care of you.  

Items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. All international shipments are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Logistics

We usually ship within 30 days from the receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. Shipments may also be delayed due to seasonality and logistic delays that we do not have control over. 

how can i track my order?

You'll be able to track your package by reviewing the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. All orders are shipped with DHL Express and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact DHL first if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we do!  International orders are shipped with tracking via DHL and cost is calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination country.

Items shipped internationally are subject to import custom duties and taxes. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties, should they occur.

Do invoices include customs fees and duties?

Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country of import upon arrival. Woven Worldwide is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the laws of the country goods are being shipped and to pay all customs charges, duties or VAT.
