Handcrafted in Ghana

Handcrafted Wavy Sculpture

Handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques, our stunning Handcrafted Wavy Sculpture has been crafted with minimal plant-based dyes and highlights the authentic reed, reflective of nature’s natural state.

The intricately crafted home decor item will be the topic of discussion at any dinner party and elevate the decor aesthetic of just about any room. The tinted border shows just how beautiful a freestyle weave is and the talent that Our Partners bring to the table.

The Wavy Sculpture is made by a woman weaver in our design workshop in Accra, Ghana, who has learned this skillset from her mother and other matriarchal figures in the community, during her childhood. Handwoven from a sustainably sourced, durable fiber, this sculpture takes roughly 13 days to complete.

    Product Care

Extend the life of your Woven Worldwide product with our after-care advice.

Repeated contact with water will cause the appearance of the woven product (whether it is in its authentic reed or pigmented) to experience discolouration. Prolonged pressure from heavy objects will cause the shape of the product to be distorted. It is best to limit the exposure of such elements to preserve the authentic look and feel of your product.

When using cosmetics, perfumes or any alcohol-based solutions such as hand sanitizers, please take time to be sure that they are dry on your skin before engaging with Woven Worldwide products.
