Shipping policy
Your shipping options may vary depending on your location. Shipping options and charges are available on the checkout page of our Site for domestic and international orders. Due to the large size and weight of some of our products certain orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. We recommend that you contact sales@wovenworldwide.com should you wish to obtain a full shipping cost prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can place the order and customer care will contact you to advise of any additional shipping charges.

DHL Express Delivery starts at - $40.00 CAD/kg dependent on destination and weight of the item.
Flat rate shipping
The above flat-rate shipping costs assumes a single shipment (one package shipped). Additional costs applied in scenarios where orders need to be shipped in multiple packages. In these multi-shipment scenarios, the shipping costs are calculated by estimated carrier rates and billed/approved prior to shipment.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation emails. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions or global pandemic.
All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
Product prices displayed on the website do not include taxes, duties, or shipping charges.
Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon product availability, credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.
Shipping Restrictions
Age restrictions.
If you are under the age of 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about Woven Worldwide Privacy Policy before you register to use this Site or any of the Site’s services. We reserve the right to accept orders from persons over 18 years of age. By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 18 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 18 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification. Local and state laws or statutes may require you to verify your age in order to purchase certain age-restricted products. If age verification is required for your delivery address, you'll be asked to provide your birth date as well as the details of an accepted form of identification. You can use one of the following to verify your age: Military ID Most passports Driver's license State ID We will not accept other types of ID for age verification. If you do not have one of the accepted forms of ID, you will not be able to ship this item to your delivery address.
International Shipping
Woven Worldwide is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Woven Worldwide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. The importer is responsible for all matters pertaining to customs and excise import requirements in accordance with local destination laws. Woven Worldwide will assist in providing any information pertaining to products supplied. If a custom order is returned to our office, please contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase. If the goods are returned to us, as per our terms and conditions you will not receive a refund for outgoing shipping. There is a 25% fee for orders sent back to us due to failed importer compliance and any additional shipping charges and other costs for the return will be deducted from any refund due. For clarity where goods are re-shipped following an import return the fee will be 50% if the goods are returned a second time. No refund will be made in respect of any items damaged due to multiple deliveries, returns and excessive handling due to importers failure to comply with customs regulations.
It is the responsibility of the customer and these fees are not included in the shipping cost. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import duty and/or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you.
Should Woven Worldwide mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping courier after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately. If a package cannot be delivered due to your error entering your shipping address, Woven Worldwide is not responsible for any additional fees that may occur in order to reroute or reship the package.
These shipping terms, including the terms set forth in our Shipping Guidelines, are accepted by you by placing an order with us.
