Refunds

Online shipping is awesome and we are proud to offer a uniquely crafted, high-quality baskets crafted by Titan makers and family-owned businesses from around the world. As a small business, shipping is expensive-we do not get postage deals like Amazon, Wal Mart or other large corporations. The amount we charge for shipping sometimes doesn't cover the actual cost of shipping. To reduce the chance that a product is not a right fit for you or the interior space you plan to put it in, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions. Need a colour swatch? Do you need additional pictures of the product? Please email us as we do not provide refunds.

We would be happy to provide you as much detail about each basket as we can.

Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Here are the two reasons that we accept returns.

You receive the incorrect item.

Your item arrived damaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wovenworldwide.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any general return question at sales@wovenworldwide.com.

All custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and are not eligible for return/refunds.

Our return policy is not the average one, but we are a small business and these fees allow us to keep our prices and artisan partnerships sustainable. We always want to reduce waste, our carbon footprint, and donate where we can, so they help fund our Value workshops as well.

Some of our baskets are large so due to their size and weight, we will work with you to schedule a home pick up if you are in Greater Toronto Area.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are experts and can determine what damages are possible during shipment. We reserve the right to refuse certain damage claims.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
