Trade Program

All registered trade professionals will receive a 10% discount on all regular priced merchandise.

After spending $ 4,000 in a calendar year, you will receive 15% off; after spending $10,000 in a calendar year, you will receive 20% off.

You must maintain your order volume over a 12-month period in order to maintain your discount level.

Business Requirements

  • Valid Business License

    Valid Business License that verifies the validity of the business as an Interior Design, Architect or Home Contractor based business.

  • Business Documentation

    Valid membership to a major design organization (e.g ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)

  • Certifications

    Interior Design Certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)


  • Press Inquiries

    Woven Worldwide is happy to send product information for the purposes of editorial coverage. We also provide sample storage baskets to some qualified persons of the press.

  • Lead Time

    Due to global logistic delays, slow-craft production, please provide 9 weeks of lead times for all custom orders.

    We take the time to vet each artisan that partners with us and have downsized our team to ensure we have face-to-face relationships with each one. We joyfully partner with basket weavers that have an eye towards design and high-quality production and put much effort into training and developing skills.

  • Direct Relationships

    Did you know that most retailers buy ready-made baskets from middlemen and trade companies? We don't. We believe that working directly with each artisan is the only way to manage quality. We place a greater emphasis on direct working relationships with our value chain.

How do I place an order?

How long does a custom woven basket project take? When can we start?

Typically, we work together for anywhere from 2-3 weeks, before production begins, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, so please keep that in mind when connecting with us.

Does Woven Worldwide produce their baskets with eco-friendly materials?

Elephant grass, our core raw material is a sustainable fibre, harvested from living sources. We do not use animal leathers at any time in our production and prefer cactus or apple skin as an environmentally friendly substitute.

Do you schedule pre-orders ?

We allow retailers to schedule orders up to 6 months in advance.
Orders will be paid based off ship date.

Does Woven Worldwide provide custom design services ?

Yes! We will work together through a discovery process to reveal your product design intent.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your items, but we understand that things don’t always work out. 

What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for items purchased directly from only if your order was incorrectly shipped or an item is damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help sort it out!

If you believe your item is faulty, or otherwise defective, we offer a 3-month warranty* from the date of purchase and would be happy to help you replace the item.  Contact us here and our customer support team will take care of you.  

Items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. All international shipments are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy

What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?

All Canadian orders over $500 ship for free! If you need expedited shipping, please communicate this at the time of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!  International orders are shipped with tracking via DHL and cost is calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination country.

Items shipped internationally are subject to import custom duties and taxes. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties, should they occur.
