    Your products will be crafted from minimal authentic reeds to laundry baskets with colourful splashes of marigolds to indigos and violets -  we ensure that the result will encompass what resonates with your customers.

  • Production

    The service offering outlines everything from product options and choices. This process takes 2 weeks to ensure your wants are intact.

Does Woven Worldwide provide custom design, small-batch orders?

Yes! We will work together through a discovery process to reveal your product design intent, what makes your business special, what inspires your customers, and most importantly, your mission. 

Does Woven Worldwide produce their baskets with eco-friendly materials?

Yes! Elephant grass, our core raw material is a sustainable fibre, harvested from living sources. We do not use animal leathers at any time in our production and prefer cactus or apple skin as an environmentally friendly substitute.

I own a small business, and would love order your product but cannot meet your Minimum Order Quantity. Can we still partner?

We understand, its been tough for many of us. We are more than happy to grow with your business and have Tier Packages to meet your business where it is. Let's schedule an e-coffee to discuss your business, your product goals and essentially how you can weave your brand into our value chain!

How long does a custom project take? When can we start?

Typically, we work together for anywhere from 2-3 weeks, before production begins, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, so please keep that in mind when connecting with us.

What is the average cost for small-batch production?

Every retail business is different which means every project is different.  We love getting to know you and hearing what products your clients love in their home or interior spaces before any official stuff happens, so once we’ve had a chance to talk through your business goals, and we land on the same page, we send off an Inquiry form and quote, tightly-knit to your business needs.

What after care instructions do you suggest for Elephant grass?

Care

Your Woven Worldwide item will maintain its handcrafted qualities if it is not directly exposed to damp or wet environments and is stored inside its cloth case when not in use. Repeated contact with water will cause the appearance of the woven product (whether it is in its authentic reed or pigmented) to experience discolouration. Prolonged pressure from heavy objects will cause the shape of the product to be distorted. It is best to limit the exposure of such elements to preserve the authentic look and feel of your product.

When using cosmetics, perfumes or any alcohol-based solutions such as hand sanitizers, please take time to be sure that they are dry on your skin before engaging with Woven Worldwide products.

There are sometimes tone variations in the colour of the reed and this is a natural feature due to when the grass was harvested and its maturity that should not be considered imperfections.
